Predominantly a freelance support service to larger design consultancies, providing production stage working drawing packages for prestigious hospitality venues. I have always worked as a sole operator with a network of my own freelancers who I engage on a contract basis as and when project workloads dictate.
I use latest AutoCAD programmes and 3D modelling software (3D max) to present concepts & ideas with freehand artistic visuals or vignettes sketches provided at the initial stages
On the localised front (East Anglia based venues) I provide a full interior design service from initial consultations to developed concept presentations through to completions on site, however, I may also be engaged to provide concept and specification information only allowing clients to establish their own tender costs and employ contractors direct allowing a further supervision input only to maintain interior concept proposals.

In addition to the main design and specification service provided, we can also assist with local authority planning and building regulation applications, which often also include liaison with licensing/environmental officers and fire prevention representatives for commercial premises in places of entertainment.
Although almost most design proposals are currently exclusively contemporary, we can adapt (as can be readily established from project examples) to provide more traditional sympathetic schemes which require interiors to compliment clients own period/character properties with knowledge & experience of listed building policies.
It should also be noted that although we have predominantly worked within the commercial sector, there has been some recent input on private residential home projects (see examples).
We can oversee all construction/fit-out works on behalf of our clients and can provide our own recommendations for companies we regularly use and are familiar with in terms of interior refurbishment projects.
